One of the mandates of BSB is to establish and operate metrological referral and calibration laboratories for the Kingdom of Bhutan. A permanent and functional metrology laboratory was needed to operationalize the calibration serves. BSB, therefore, with support from RGOB, UNIDO, ADB and other donors had planned to construction a metrological laboratory. As a part of this effort, the assignment titled “Detailed Site Survey, Preparation of the detailed design and drawings and Engineer’s cost estimate of Metrology Laboratory” was awarded to APECS consultant who successfully delivered the job.
Following were the major scope of the assignment:
- Detailed Field Survey and Mapping
- Details Design and Drawings (Architectural and structural)
- Prepare of Project Cost Estimate.
