Bhutan lacked Film studio thus so far. Bhutan Film Association, therefore, intended to construct Film studio and Movie theatre. the movie theatres was designed by the APECS Consultancy in latest technology .
Following were the major scope of the assignment:
- Carryout detailed site survey and prepared site plan
- Prepare and present the preliminary work/design to the Bhutan Film Association for comments and re-modifications.
- Prepared detail working drawings for architectural, structural, water supply and sanitation and electrical after the endorsement of the conceptual design by Bhutan Film Association Board.
- Prepared detail cost estimates, bill of quantities, detail specifications of the materials/items to be used for the construction
Submitted final dossier comprising of detailed working drawings, BoQ and cost estimates.
