Lhak-Sam’s, a Non-governmental organization, based at Thimphu, is contributing to the goals of health, wellbeing, equity, compassion and happiness to the nation and in the region with focused with HIV disease. Towards this end, Lhak-sam decided to development a project proposal for the construction of a convention centre on 5 acres of Lhak-sam user right land at Geneykha for income generation and for creating livelihood among the disadvantaged KAPs and PLHIV. The work was awarded to APECS consultant on competitive basis. APECS successfully completed the job within the stipulated time and satisfaction of the client.

• Study of technical and finacial viability
• Preparation of branding and marketing plan
• Preparation of project costing
• Prepartion of monotoring and evaluation framework
