The Road Safety and Transport Authority, MOIC, terminal building was design and was being operated since 2010. However, the Jamthog portion of the building did not comply to the Thromde regulation. There were also numerous cracks on the building due earthquake. Therefore, RSTA planned to carry out seismic assessment and redesign the Jamthog for which APECS was awarded the consulting services. The consultant engaged expert services to assess the seismic damages to the building and carried out the redesign of Jamthog in a professional manner to the satisfaction of the client.

Following were the major scope of the assignment:

  • Details Design and Drawings (Architectural and Structural)of Jamthog
  • Prepared Project Cost Estimate.
