The CDCL under their planned program, funded by RGoB, decided to construct under passes/over passes at 4 location (Sharee Square, Changbangdu Flyover, Election Commission Office Complex and TATA Show Room Complex) and accordingly detail topography survey work was carried out engaging the services of APECS consultant.
Following were the major scope of the assignment:
• The details survey of the proposed area, contours, elevations, picking of all the features in the proposed earmarked area.
• To prepare the plan, longitudinal profile and cross-section as per the standard
• To fix permanent benchmarks in reference to national grid system
