Design of duplex building at Wangdue Phodrang
A business man (Darlami Enterprise) based at Wangdi Phodrang decided to construct a Duplex. The work was awarded to APECS consultant who successfully delivered with design, drawing and cost estimate within the stipulated time and as per the client requirement. Subsequently the structured was built the following year.
Following were the major scope of the assignment:
• Topography survey and map prepration
• Architectural, structural, plumbing and sanitation design and drawing
• Electrical design and drawing
• Structural design and drawings
Design of G+2 Residential building at Namseling
A complete set of drawings was produced as per the clients requirement with the detail estimate and supervision of the works.
Following were the major scope of the assignment:
- Topographical survey and site master planning
- Details design and drawing of architectural, structural and electrical
- Prepared project cost estimate
- Carried out construction and supervision
